Kevin Ross - Partner / Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ross is the founding member of 1 Financial Marketplace, LLC, which is sub-advisor to Link Capital Group, LLC.  Mr. Ross is in his 15th year as a financial professional, having served 9 of those years with Karr Barth Associates, Inc. - the largest agency of The Equitable (now AXA Financial- one of the largest global asset managers) as a Vice President and senior advisor. He left The Equitible to lead the 1 Financial Marketplace companies as Chairman and CEO. The 1 Financial Marketplace companies provide a host of asset management, insurance, corporate benefits, and comprehensive planning services.  Mr. Ross is an active supporter of various Jewish organizations such as the Etz Chaim Center for Jewish Studies, Aish HaTorah, The Philadelphia Community Kollel, Call of the Shofar, and Girls Town Jerusalem.  Mr. Ross is also is an active supporter of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.  Mr. Ross resides in Bala Cynwyd, PA with his family.

Ashley Crispe – Partner / Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Crispe, a former research fellow for The Shalem Center (The Israel National Policy Center for Public Policy and Social Thought), is a highly regarded lecturer on future trends and emergent technologies.  Over the past five years he has lectured to thousands of people on four continents and in over twenty US states. His mind has often been compared to a parallel processor based on his ability to see interconnectivity between different emergent technologies and how one will exponentially advance (or destroy) the market for another.  Mr. Crispe focuses on identifying and exploiting non-linear exponential trends. Crispe joined Link Capital Group in March, 2008. Mr. Crispe lives in Merion, PA with his family.

Dr. Yossi Adlerstein - Partner / Managing Director & Chief Science Officer
Dr.Adlerstein has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Board of Directors of both public and private sector companies as well as a consultant for a host of high tech companies. His focus encompasses, among other areas, energy (biomass thermochemical-conversion, solar, photovoltaics, both crystalline and amorphous, hydrogen generation/storage, and thermal fusion), environmental analysis and remediation, biotech and bioengineering, software (enterprise and scientific), pharmaceuticals, medical therapeutic devices (ultrasonics and RF), materials science and metallurgy.  Dr. Adlerstein has authored both patents and scientific papers.  He was awarded a Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1972.


Andrew L. Goldman - Partner / Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Goldman, a graduate of Yeshiva University (New York, NY), spearheaded public relations and fundraising campaigns targeting high net worth donors for various Jewish non-profit organizations from 1995 until 2005. In early 2005, he left the non-profit sector to work with developing early-stage companies. Mr. Goldman lives in Philadelphia with his wife and eight children.
